Families gain direct access to trusted professionals, flexible scheduling, and the ability to choose providers based on their child's unique needs — all in one simple platform.
Booking & Scheduling
Simply browse available professionals, choose the best fit for your needs, and book a session directly through the app.
You can reschedule or cancel sessions directly in the app at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Privacy & Safety
Yes. We use secure, encrypted technology designed to protect your family's information and privacy.
Yes. We verify credentials and confirm that required licenses are active and in good standing before professionals are approved on the platform.
Payments, Insurance & Reimbursement
Jounce currently operates as a private-pay platform. Families pay professionals directly through the app. We plan to support insurance integration in the future.
While we do not bill insurance directly at this time, some services may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. We recommend checking with your provider.
Yes. Families can download or print a receipt from the app after each session, which may be used for reimbursement if eligible under your insurance plan.
Yes! Many therapy and developmental services may be eligible for HSA/FSA spending. You can use your HSA/FSA card for qualifying services — please check with your plan for eligibility.
